So your console isn't doing so great, don't worry, we're here to help.
First off, you'll need to send us a message so that our technician can chat with you. They will go over your console's symptoms and give you a diagnosis.
Once you've received your quote, head on over to the service our tech directed you to purchase. Upon purchasing, you will receive an email with your order information and the destination address. You will be responsible for packaging and shipping your console to us, we do not send a label. Make sure you wrap your item up nice and tight because we recycle and reuse your shipping materials when we send it back free of charge through USPS.
