Shipping policy

We ship during the business week (Monday-Friday) through USPS. 

If you have purchased a service through us, then you will be responsible for packaging and shipping your console to us, we do not send a label. Make sure you wrap your items up nice and tight because we recycle and reuse your shipping materials when we send them back free of charge.
